- 500 ml cold milk
- 6 tablespoon sugar
- 2 tablespoon dry rose petals
- 1/2 cup chilled water
- 3 cup rose syrup
- 1 cup watermelon juice
- 3 tablespoon diced watermelon
- ice cubes as required
How to make Sharbat
Step 1 Prepare the sharbat
- In a jug, add chilled milk, water and watermelon juice.
- Mix well.
- Now add rose syrup, sugar and mix till everything is dissolved completely and the mixture gets a pretty pink hue.
Step 2 Garnish and serve
- Pour the sharbat into glasses.
- Garnish with small chopped watermelon chunks. rose petals and ice cubes.
- serve the sharbat chilled.
